In addition to the many undergraduate students working on projects at AggieSat Lab, there are multiple graduate students participating in the effort as well. Graduate students primary responsibilities are to provide oversight to undergraduate students who are responsible for the designing and building of satellites, and provide assistance when undergraduate students don't possess the necessary skills for completing a task. They also devote time to working on their dissertations which are related to some aspect of AggieSat Lab or its satellites.

Our current graduate students include Jeffery Cheek and Lasse Maeland who arrived at Texas A&M in 2005 after completing their Bachelor's of Science in Aerospace Engineering at Arizona State University. Now in Texas, they are continuing their education under Dr. Helen Reed, AggieSat Lab's Principle Investigator, as they work towards their Ph.D.'s in the same curriculum. Much of their time at AggieSat Lab is spent working as lab directors overseeing the projects currently being worked on by the undergraduate students. John Graves, who has been with AggieSat since it was founded, also works under Dr. Reed. Ryan Goodnight is AggieSat Lab's business director. He graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor's of Science in Aerospace Engineering in the spring of 2007 and he is currently working towards his Master's of Science in the same field. Ryan manages the marketing, publicity, financing, and outreach for the organization.
